SMEG - Pre Purchase Events

The Introduction to Smeg product demonstration class is designed to assist you in selecting the appliances that are most suitable for the way you cook, your lifestyle and your family. The classes cover different types of ovens – from multifunction, to steam ovens, choice of cooktop – gas, ceramic or mastering induction and how to bring all of these appliances together in your kitchen.

You are encouraged to ask questions and taste all the food being prepared by our highly trained Smeg food advisors and staff. Introduction classes are not sales based and you would never be asked to purchase anything. These classes will help you make informed decisions on exactly what you are buying and if it is a good choice for your needs.

SMEG - Post Purchase Events

The Post-purchase product demonstrations are designed to assist you in understanding exactly how your oven works, how to clean it, operate the controls and clocks, use oven functions plus extra cooking tips and advice. Smeg staff are always on hand to take you through step by step your exact appliance and offer any assistance you may require.
